On December 15, 2023, the wood-fired Italian restaurant "HITO BY TACUBO" will open at "MUWA NISEKO," a resort that blends with the infinite nature. HITO BY TACUBO is an authentic Italian restaurant that incorporates outstanding wood-fired cuisine by Michelin-star chef Daisuke Takubo. Reservation notes : There are no vegetarian or vegan menus. Thank you for your understanding.・Due to the nature of our facilities, we are unable to completely remove allergens. Please note that we cannot accept reservations from people with contaminants or severe allergies.・Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request for seating. ・If we are unable to contact you within 15 minutes of your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation . Cancellation policy We have different cancellation policies depending on the menu. Thank you for your understanding. Dress code We recommend smart casual attire. Ski boots, bathrobes or yukata worn in the restaurant, and sleeveless clothing such as men's running shirts and tank tops are not permitted. Bringing in wine is 10,000 yen per bottle and 20,000 yen for magnum bottles. You may bring in up to two bottles per group. Please note that we limit magnum bottles to one per group.
