【ご予約に関して】
①カウンター席のご予約は、本店または2号店での予約となります。本店にご来店いただき、本店カウンター又は2号店カウンターにご案内させていただきます。
②当店はおまかせコースのみ提供しております。苦手な食材が多い場合は対応できません。
例:生物抜き、光物と貝類など
③お席のご指定につきましては、ご要望に添えない場合もございますので、予めご了承ください。
④11名様以上のご予約の際は直接店舗までお問い合わせください。
⑤テーブル、個室は大人2名から利用可能です。
大人1名、子供1名でのご利用はできません。

【下記キャンセル対応となるケースです。予約の時点で規約に合意したことになります。必ずご確認ください】

▶︎当日、前日の【日程変更、人数変更】はキャンセル手数料が発生します。
【当日100%、前日50%にて日本時間の0:00にてカウントします。】

▶当日予約時間より【30分以上遅れた場合はお客様都合のキャンセル】とします。遅れによるキャンセル料金の払い戻しは有りませんのでご理解ください。

▶︎予約のキャンセルは店舗への電話連絡、又は予約システムからのキャンセルにて受付ます。
【問い合わせメールにてキャンセルの連絡をしても返信のない限り受け付けません】

▶当店は【香水、体臭、半乾き】などの香りの強い状態でのご来店は周りにお客様の迷惑となりますので、お断りします。
【その場合はお客様責任のキャンセルとさせていただき、100%のキャンセル料、又は紹介者含め紐ずくお客様のご来店をごお断りさせて頂きます。】
繊細な料理を扱うため、お連れ様含め周りのお客様への配慮をご理解いただけますと幸いです。

【お子様のご予約に関して】
▶お子様メニューはお好みでの対応とさせていただいております。
▶カウンターのお子様ご予約は原則中学生以上となり、好き嫌いの少ない成人程度に食べれる場合は対応可能です。
▶7歳以下のお子様をお連れの際は個室予約限定とさせていただいております。カウンター、テーブル席でのご利用はキャンセルさせていただきます。

【For customers from overseas】
For customers who do not have a Japanese phone number, Above the page switching from the language selection button above , we ask for advance payment. Please note that customers who do not pay after billing will be canceled.

①Reservations for counter seating can be made at the main restaurant or the No. 2 restaurant. Please come to the main restaurant and we will show you to the counter seats at the main restaurant or the counter seats at the No.2 restaurant.
②Customers who cannot eat raw fish will not be allowed to visit the restaurant.
③For table reservations. Requests to move to counter seating cannot be accepted.
④Please contact the restaurant directly when making a reservation for more than 11 people.
⑤Tables and private rooms are available for a minimum two adult course meal order.
Tables and private rooms are not available for 1 adult and 1 child.

【The following is a case that will be handled as a cancellation. By making a reservation, you agree to the terms and conditions. Please be sure to read them carefully.】

▶Cancellation fee will be charged if you change the schedule or the number of people on the day of the reservation or the day before the reservation.
The cancellation fee is 100% on the day of the cancellation and 50% on the day before the cancellation, counting from 0:00 Japan time.

▶If you are more than 【30 minutes】 late on the day of the appointment, the appointment will be cancelled.
【Please understand that there are no refunds for late cancellations.】

▶Reservation cancellations can be made by calling the restaurant or canceling through the reservation system(tablecheck).
Cancellation by e-mail will not be accepted unless we receive a reply from tsukijisushiomakase.
Cancellation through the reservation system(tablecheck) is recommended, but a 100% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made on the day of the reservation, and 50% for cancellations made the day before.

▶We do not allow guests with strong fragrances such as 【perfume】,【 body odor】, 【 half-dried clothes】 to come to our restaurant, as it may cause inconvenience to other guests.
In such cases, the cancellation will be the responsibility of the customer and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
【There are no refunds on payments.】
Please inform your guests of the restaurant's availability, as some of the dishes are delicately flavored. Please be considerate to other customers.

【Children's Reservations】
▶Children's menu is a single item menu only.
▶The age of children available at the counter is 13 years old or older. We can accommodate children if they can eat to an adult level with few likes and dislikes.
▶Reservations for children under 7 years old are limited to private rooms. Reservations for counter and table seating will be cancelled.
