Message from Venue
KŌSA has been temporarily closed for business in Noma Kyoto since August 1, 2024, but will reopen from dinner on December 31, 2024.
KŌSA, supervised by Katie from the United States, offers Farm To Table cuisine made with luxuriously prepared vegetables freshly harvested from domestic farms. KŌSA's name is derived from the name of a plant and is inspired by the concept of Ace Hotel Kyoto, where East and West intersect, people intersect, and it means a lively and interactive space. To do. Farm-to-table literally means "from the farm to the table," meaning that the ingredients served at the restaurant are primarily seasonal vegetables, meat, fish, and grains purchased directly from farmers and producers. This is the spirit of KŌSA has a sustainable dining style that uses every ingredient available, and uses ingredients directly sourced from farmers and producers in the Kansai region, mainly in Kyoto, to achieve farm-to-table dining here.
