The appetizer is a tartare of aged beef from Kitauchi Farm on Ishigaki Island, finished with truffles and caviar. The third dish, caramelized rie veau, is served with rich golden crab eggs in a colorful watercress sauce. The main dish is roasted pigeon stuffed with figs and pan-fried foie gras. Enjoy this luxurious combination that can only be enjoyed from autumn to winter.
