During the winter season (until March 15th), we are only accepting reservations for course menus. If you prefer to order à la carte, please check for seat availability directly with the restaurant on the day.

An authentic yakiniku restaurant serving fresh—never frozen—Wagyu beef. Our dedicated approach to yakiniku as "cuisine" means we're particular about the cut of meat, the angle and thickness of each slice, the grill and the seasoning, all to ensure each bite is succulent. In addition to courses and the a la carte menu, we offer platters to suit any budget.


Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of your reservation. While we will do our best to accommodate your needs within our capability, please be aware that our menu items are prepared in the same kitchen. Please use your discretion, and we appreciate your understanding.
・Some courses include raw meat (beef). Children, seniors, those who are pregnant, immunocompromised persons, and those who are not feeling well are urged to refrain from raw meat.


Reservations and Cancellations
・A credit card is required for reservation. In order to verify the validity of your card, TableCheck will pre-charge a small deposit (200 JPY), which will be cancelled on the day of your visit. Please pay separately at the restaurant on the day of your visit.
・In the event of cancellation, your card will be charged in accordance with our Cancellation Policy as detailed below.
・Online reservations can be made for one (1) to eight (8) people. For reservations of nine or more (9+), please contact us by phone. Multiple reservations made online will be treated as separate reservations and will be seated at separate tables and private spaces.
・Please note that we may not be able to accommodate all seating requests.
・If children are ordering the same course as accompanying adults, please count them toward the total of adults in the group when making the reservation.


Cancellation Policy
・In the event of a cancellation of a confirmed reservation, the following cancellation fees apply:
　Within 72 hours prior to the scheduled reservation: 50% of the reservation charge.
　Within 48 hours prior to the scheduled reservation: 100% of the reservation charge. (This also applies in cases of no-show, or in the event you cannot be contacted.)
・Please contact us if you will be late. If we have not been contacted and you are unable to arrive by 30 minutes past your reservation time, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
・Reservations and course presentation are set for a two-hour period, and some dishes may require your presence at the table. Therefore, late arrival or temporary absence from your seat may result in reduced service. Such cases are not eligible for price reductions or refunds.

If Arriving by Car
・Please use our dedicated customer parking lot behind the restaurant. Look for the sign that reads, "肉匠なか澤 お客様専用駐車場".
・Parking after business hours is not permitted so that overnight snow removal can be done in winter.
