To our customers, reservations through TableCheck are cheaper than Ikkyu and Tabelog. The course content is the same as on other sites, so please make a reservation from TableCheck. ▶Reservations can be made until the day of use. ▶Reservations can be changed or canceled until 22:00 three days before the date of use. ▶We do not allow children under the age of 9 to visit our store. Additionally, children aged 9 and over are offered the same course as adults.
<Customers with regular reservations>
▶For reservations for 11 or more people, please contact the store directly (03-3575-6777). ▶For cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation date and time, 100% of the course fee will be charged as a cancellation fee, regardless of the reason (including new coronavirus, influenza infection, etc.). As an exception, if you are physically unable to come to the store due to transportation suspension such as a typhoon or earthquake, the cancellation fee will be waived upon presentation of proof (transportation delay certificate, etc.). *If you are 15 minutes past your reservation time without contacting us, your reservation will be cancelled.
