Buche de Noel, a traditional Christmas cake that originated in France, is shaped like a log or a stump. It was created with the image of walking through a magnificent winter forest, stepping on dead leaves.

This roll cake is made with a sponge baked with Kitahonami organic wheat from Hokkaido and Sagamikko fertilized eggs from Sagamihara, topped with a rich butter cream made with brown sugar and vanilla, and strawberry jam that makes the most of the fruit texture. The outside of this roll cake, which is layered with fragrant and well-matched flavors, is decorated with crushed roasted walnuts from Shinshu to resemble a tree trunk. The strawberries on top create a vivid contrast with this Christmas cake, so please enjoy it with your family and friends.

This special cake is made just for Christmas, combining carefully whipped egg whites from fertilized eggs from Sagamihara with finely chopped black truffles from France and topped with a crispy, fragrant baked meringue. The inside is filled with rich yet smooth custard cream with a hint of compote Japanese chestnuts from Kumamoto Prefecture. On top of that, a generous amount of light fresh cream is placed on top and topped with finely chopped meringue, delicately expressing the beautiful shape of Europe's 'white mountains.' Enjoy the exquisite harmony of the rich aroma of black truffles and the flavorful Japanese chestnuts.
