This roll cake is made with a sponge baked with Kitahonami organic wheat from Hokkaido and Sagamikko fertilized eggs from Sagamihara, topped with a rich butter cream made with brown sugar and vanilla, and strawberry jam that makes the most of the fruit texture. The outside of this roll cake, which is layered with fragrant and well-matched flavors, is decorated with crushed roasted walnuts from Shinshu to resemble a tree trunk. The strawberries on top create a vivid contrast with this Christmas cake, so please enjoy it with your family and friends.

The inside is filled with rich yet smooth custard cream with a hint of compote Japanese chestnuts from Kumamoto Prefecture. On top of that, a generous amount of light fresh cream is placed on top and topped with finely chopped meringue, delicately expressing the beautiful shape of Europe's 'white mountains.' This year's stollen is made simply using only carefully selected ingredients, including organic Harukirari wheat, with Spanish Marcona almonds and Californian almonds as the main ingredients. The dough is kneaded with almond paste and mixed with plenty of organic raisins, then roasted almonds and spices such as cinnamon, cardamom, lemon and cloves are added before being lightly baked. We recommend slicing it thickly to fully enjoy the natural flavor of the ingredients. It also makes a great gift for someone special.
