For the second commemorative event, we will be joined by Ms. Rin Mizuki of INUN CHAJI Kyoto, a specialist in Chinese tea. Since ancient times, Chinese tea has been enjoyed not just as a beverage, but as an important element to accompany meals. This unique cooking class, which includes a lecture by Ms. Mizuki on how to brew tea to enhance its aroma and flavor, as well as techniques and etiquette, will be held in the open kitchen and private room on the second floor of KYOTO BISTRO, an all-day dining restaurant. The venue features a warm Japanese ash wood interior and offers a serene space with soft sunlight.
