Executive Chef Kent Jin Qiang is a Beijing native with over 40 years of culinary experience. He is a master of Chinese cuisine and has been the head chef of Grand Hyatt Beijing "Made in China" since its opening. His cuisine, while preserving the traditions of northern cuisine, incorporates an innovative approach and has captivated foodies from all over the world. At this invitation event, a special menu will be offered that makes use of seasonal ingredients from Japan and Beijing, allowing you to experience a unique Beijing cuisine that combines tradition and creativity. As a special one-night event, a gala dinner will be held to commemorate his visit to Japan. On the day, Executive Chef Kent Jin Qiang will explain the dishes and you can enjoy a luxurious dinner course and pairings with Chinese alcohol such as Shaoxing wine and Chinese wine to your heart's content.
