On the 7th edition of SG Full Moon Night, we are excited to welcome Ryu Fujii from the renowned “CRAFTROOM” in Umeda, Osaka!

Founded in 2020, CRAFTROOM offers innovative drinks by adding a unique twist to classic cocktails. The bar was ranked 28th in “Asia's 50 Best Bars 2024.”
Fujii-san himself was the winner of the 2016 World Class Japan competition and took 2nd place at the global finals.

8th Edition of SG Full Moon Night, we are thrilled to welcome Ms. Shizuka Sonoda, Manager of EUREKA! in Nishi-Azabu, for a special one-night-only collaboration with The SG Tavern. EUREKA! is led by the charismatic figure of the sake world, Ms. Marie Chiba.

After graduating from culinary school, Ms. Sonoda gained experience working at restaurants in Tokyo. She was captivated by Marie Chiba’s unique approach to sake and joined GEM by moto. She later participated in the launch of EUREKA! alongside Chiba’s independent venture and now serves as its manager.
