Mizunara: In Tokyo, which opened this June in Kagurazaka, Tokyo, is the sister bar of “Mizunara: The Library” in Hong Kong—renowned as one of Asia’s 50 Best Bars.
Mr. Endo began his bartending career in Fukuoka and has won numerous cocktail competitions around the world.
With his deep understanding of both Japanese classic bar culture and the global bar scene, he will present a selection of exquisite cocktails crafted with his expertise.

With extensive experience at bars in Kumamoto, Tokyo, and Singapore, Mr. Koba returned to his hometown of Kumamoto to open his own bar. Focusing on local ingredients from Kumamoto and Kyushu, he brings the region's unique flavors to the global cocktail scene.
