*Please be sure to arrive at the store 5 minutes before your reservation time*
▶Due to other customers' reservations, your reservation will be automatically canceled if more than 10 minutes have passed since your reservation time.
*During busy periods, it may be difficult to get through on the phone, so please make sure to arrive on time for your reservation.
▶If you cancel without permission on the day of your reservation, we will charge you a cancellation fee of 100% of the meal price per person.
▶Cancellations are only accepted via reservation email, so please cancel from the reservation email.
▶︎Please note that reservations cannot be made after 5:00 p.m. the day before.
Payment at the store can be made by cash, credit card, QR code payment, transportation IC card, or electronic money.
▶You will need to register a credit card when making a reservation. *As this is not a prepayment, we will conduct a credit check with a 50 yen withdrawal.
▶The card you registered at the time of reservation is not complete. Please pay at the store on the day.
▶When making a reservation for 7 or more people, please make reservations for 3 and 4 people, etc.
▶When making a reservation for 5 to 6 people, the seats may be separated.
▶If children will be eating the same menu as adults, please enter the number of adults.
▶The seating time is 50 minutes per group.
▶We are currently accepting reservations until December 30th (as soon as the business hours on the 31st are decided)
▶We plan to start taking reservations for the following month around 10:00 on the 1st of each month.
▶︎We are sorry, but we cannot reply to any allergies that you fill out when making a reservation. If you are concerned, please contact us via DM on Instagram.

[Kyoto-style white miso hotpot with monkfish]
A Kyoto-style white miso hotpot made with monkfish, the taste of winter. The elegant white miso from Kyoto brings out the flavor, and the warm dashi leaves a pleasant aftertaste. Enjoy the plump texture of monkfish. [Raw shaved bonito bowl]
We used freshly cooked kamameshi and raw shaved bonito flakes. Topped with egg yolk pickled in soy sauce for an even deeper flavor. This is the ultimate rice bowl that brings out the flavor of the ingredients.
[Squid Meshi]
A masterpiece with the flavor of thick squid and secret sauce soaked into sticky rice. Slowly stewed squid and sticky rice are very filling and go well together.
[Snow crab and salmon roe seafood bowl]
An extremely fresh seafood platter made with snow crab, amberjack, shrimp,and salmon. Our proud seafood bowl is packed with plenty of seafood. The flavor of the seafood fills your mouth, and the flavor of the salmon roe creates a perfect balance.
[Oysters and Aosa Ankake Bowl]

[Straw-grilled bonito and pot-cooked rice with condiments]
Thickly sliced bonito roasted in straw and cooked with rice until fluffy. The strong flavor of bonito goes perfectly with the aroma of seaweed. Top with plenty of seasonings, wrap in seaweed, and enjoy.
[Shrimp and fresh fish chirashi sushi]
Chirashi sushi made with luxurious scallops, salmon, and flying fish. I added rape blossoms, flower petals, etc. to make it look like spring.
[Shigure-don with clams and red sea bream]
We use Shigure-ni, which is made by boiling clams and red sea bream in a special sweet and spicy sauce. This rice bowl is accented with the aroma of ginger and seasonal vegetables to whet your appetite.
