Sukiyaki is a traditional Japanese dish offered by Hiyama, which has been awarded one Michelin star for 10 consecutive years. Enjoy special meals and hospitality that can only be found here, with the utmost care taken from the ingredients to the cooking. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ・Please choose one course per table. ・You can choose from 4:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m., or 8:00 p.m. for your reservation. ・2-hour time limit *Depending on the time of use, we may offer dessert at HITO by TACUBO. ・Children 7 years and older will be served the same meal as adults. ・Cancellation policy *50% the day before, 100% on the day ・For guests with 12 or more people on April, June, or April, we will only offer private or semi-private rooms.
