The main dish is a rare wine lamb, raised on a ranch rich in nature on Mt. Elmkeppu, overlooking Akabira City, Hokkaido, where the sheep are able to feel the changing of the seasons. To maintain their health, this rare lamb is fed grape pomace (leaves) from a nearby winery, making it odorless and very juicy. It is high in protein, low in fat, and rich in nutrients such as iron, vitamins, and minerals.
