A chiffon cake made with Hiroshima wheat, Hiroshima fresh cream, and seasonal fruits, with thin, wing-like chocolate around the outside. The hollow part in the middle is filled with plenty of fruit and cream, and when you cut it open, the fruit and cream come out in a surprise.
