Agu pork comes from a designated brand production farm and is made from Churashima Agu and Ryukyu Genton pork.
Shabu-shabu dipping sauce is prepared with Okinawan fresh shikuwasa and peanut sauce made from peanuts, which are well-known product in Miyako Island.
The shabu-shabu broth is made from the largest type of bonito (Tobidai) landed on Irabu Island.
Miyako soba noodles are made by the Hawaii Noodle Factory on Miyako Island.
