Cod roe that has Been slowly marinated in Yamanaka's original marinade at low temperature.
A sublime delicacy,mild in flavor with a hint of yuzu citrus.
・Raw Yuba sashimi
Hiei Yuba made with soybeans grown in Shiga Prefecture.A dish that brings out the sweerness of soybeans.
・Ume Hijiki Seaweed
The soft texture of hijiki with the crispy texture of ume pluma.A Fukuoka specialty.
