This is our store's original blend of peony hotpot, which mainly uses white miso. Normally Botan-nabe is served with strong seasoning to eliminate the odor of the boar, but our restaurant has created a light miso flavor that can only be achieved by using premium boar. You can enjoy it without sacrificing the flavor of the special boar. Moreover, boar is low in fat and calories! The cheese risotto at the end is exceptional. Please try our peony hotpot, which has a taste like no other.
