It is a mimosa salad made with about 15 kinds of vegetables. We offer a welcome drink of either a mimosa (sparkling cocktail) or Yura juice. Please take advantage of this opportunity.

<GRIP March Anniversary Course: Enjoy the coming of spring> A gorgeous seasonal course that combines seasonal vegetables that make you feel the breath of spring, seafood with enhanced flavor, and carefully selected meat dishes. Delivered in GRIP's unique Italian style. Sakura sea bream, which has spawned and stored up its flavor, is made into an aqua pazza with large North Sea clams. In addition, a variety of dishes that incorporate spring vegetables from Kochi and Tokushima have an exquisite balance of bitterness and sweetness. For dessert, we use Tosa Buntan, an organic JAS-certified fruit that is rare even in Kochi Prefecture, and its refreshing acidity and subtle sweetness enhance the rich flavor of the chocolate.
