"Bellustar Journey" is a pairing set that allows you to enjoy the encounter between the alcohol created by our bartenders and chefs and the ingredients grown in the local climate. The seventh destination is the foot of Mt. Komagatake in Nagano Prefecture. Beverage Director Shigeki Yoshida and Head Chef Eisuke Sato have collaborated to sell the pairing set "Bellustar Journey ~KOMAGATAKE GOTOH Whisky Experience~" with Tokyu Hotels & Resorts Co., Ltd.'s original whiskey "Single Malt Komagatake Special Edition Goto".

~Single Malt Komagatake Special Edition Goto~ (1 glass) Tokyu Hotels original whiskey brewed at Mars Komagatake Distillery of Honbo Shuzo Co., Ltd. This single cask whiskey has been aged for 9 years in new American white oak barrels and is characterized by a balance of delicate aromas reminiscent of red berry fruits, dried figs, and Assam tea, as well as the sweetness of grains and the lingering aroma of wood. ~Cigar Robusto-shaped Foie Gras Mousse~ The appearance and presentation are inspired by cigars. The bitter dough is stuffed with mushroom and foie gras mousse, and the rich flavor is accented with semi-dried figs and roasted walnuts. It is flavored with "Komagatake Goto Whisky" and finished by smoking it with chips from the aged barrels of "Komagatake Goto Whisky". The glass dome will be opened in front of the customer, and the drink will be served with the local aroma.
