If you make a reservation using this reservation form or by phone, the private room fee will be waived. ▶ Regarding cancellation fees for dinner courses - 0% cancellation fee if contacted by 8pm on the previous business day - 30% of the course fee if contacted by 12pm on the day - 30% of the course fee if contacted after 12pm on the day If canceled: 60% of the course fee ・Unauthorized cancellation/no notification: 100% of the course fee *Please contact the store for changes in the number of people on the day. ▶ Regarding cancellation fees for lunch courses - 0% cancellation fee if notified by 8:00 p.m. on the previous business day - Cancellation without notice/Cancellation on the day: 100% of the course fee *Please contact the store for changes in the number of people on the day. ▶A service charge of 10% of the food and beverage fee will be charged. ▶
