2. Appetizers: Simmered Shrimp, Wine-Infused Trout Hand-Rolled Sushi, Simmered Green Lipped Mussels, Marinated Dried Sardines
3. Steamed Dish: Chawanmushi (Steamed Egg Custard) with Salmon Roe and Sakura Shrimp
