Iron Bay will be offering a special Valentine's dinner for this season, with the glittering night view and the aroma of a wood fire. The main dish, "Wood roasted Japanese beef fillet with citrus hollandaise and smoked whiskey sauce" is a luxurious dish that allows you to enjoy two types of sauce: a hollandaise sauce with a refreshing citrus aroma and a deep sauce with smoked whiskey. The fish dishes use fresh fish from Kanagawa Prefecture, and the dessert with the rich aroma of white chocolate and roses will create an elegant and romantic moment with your loved one.

Seasonal menu of "Winter"
In winter, Iron Bay offers a menu that makes full use of wood-fired and smoked techniques to bring out the best of seasonal ingredients. Chef Yamashita recommends the “Wood-Fired Roasted Kanagawa Prefecture Chrysanthemum with Coffee Sabayon Sauce and Caramelized Walnuts,” which features chrysanthemum from Kanagawa Prefecture that has been slowly roasted over a wood fire to bring out its subtle sweetness and served with several types of mushrooms and coffee flavored sabayon sauce. The caramelized walnuts are a perfect match for the hunky chrysanthemum. Other winter delicacies include wood-fire grilled fresh fish and Rossini-style duck breast.
