[Regarding Fruit Punch Reservations]

You can reserve a pickup date up to 30 days in advance. The reservation deadline is noon on the day of pickup.
Once a reservation is completed, changes cannot be made. For products that can be canceled, please cancel it yourself and place a new order.
Cancellations must be handled by the customer.
[Regarding Reservations]

We do not accept inquiries or reservations over the phone regarding products.
If you do not show up on the reservation date and do not pick up the product, it will be automatically treated as a cancellation. Please note that no refunds will be provided.
Reservations may end once the limited quantity is reached.
Products for which the specified date has ended will not be shown on the reservation page.
The actual product may differ slightly from the photos shown, including toppings and other details.

[Regarding Cancellations and Changes]

Cancellations made after two days before the pickup date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellations must be handled by the customer.
For cancellations other than the above, after the customer processes the cancellation, a refund will be processed within 7 business days. Depending on the timing, there may be a delay in the refund, and it may be withdrawn first before being refunded. For the actual refund timing, please contact your credit card company directly.

[Regarding Receipts]

Receipts must be issued by the customer. You can issue one from your My Page or the reservation completion email.
