[About reservations for 2024 Stollen]
Reservations will begin at 9:00 on November 1, 2024. Pickup is scheduled for November 25 to December 1. One bottle can be reserved per person. Please note that quantities are limited.
[Before making a reservation]
・You can reserve a pick-up date and time up to 30 days in advance. The reservation deadline is noon on the day of pick-up.
・Changes cannot be made after the reservation is completed. If the product is cancelable, please cancel it yourself and place the order again. ・Please cancel the order yourself.
[Regarding reservations]
・We cannot accept inquiries or reservations about products by phone.
・If you do not come to the store on the reservation date and do not pick up the product, it will be automatically canceled. Please note that we cannot provide refunds.
・Reservations may end as soon as the limited quantity is reached.
・Products that have closed for the specified date and time will not be displayed on the reservation page.
・The actual product may have some changes to the photos and toppings. [About cancellations and changes]・For cancellations made two days or more before the receipt date, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged.
・For cancellations other than those mentioned above, we will process the refund within 7 business days after the customer has completed the cancellation procedure. It may take some time for the refund to be processed after the refund is processed, and depending on the timing, the refund may be made after the payment has been debited once.
