Collaboration with a delicious restaurant at Shiroiya Hotel Nihonbashi: "LA BONNE TABLE Nakamura Kazunari at SHIROIYA" Held on Thursday, April 24, 2025 We will be welcoming the much talked about chef Nakamura Kazunari of "LA BONNE TABLE," a delicious restaurant in Nihonbashi that is based on the farm-to-table concept of French cuisine. Nakamura is actively using social media to share recipe videos, and together with Katayama Hiro, he will prepare a variety of dishes that explore ingredients grown in the great outdoors of Gunma.
