【BASIC INFORMATION】
■ Closed on Sunday, Japan's National Holidays, 12/31st to 1/3rd, 2025 Feb. 15th (Lunch & Dinner)
■ Children are limited at least 6 years of age to come in and for reservations.
■ Up to 10 persons can be reserved
■ Unable to request private room. (Private room fee is charged separately for the wish.)
■ Reservations up to 2 months ahead available (Japan time).
■ No waiting list
★ Reservations are not pre-paid.
★ Unable to deduct meal fees from reservation deposit.
★ Meal fees will be paid on-site on the day.
★ 10% entertainment service charge will be added.

【RULES for COURSE MENU ORDERS】
■ Basis: Choosing only one regular course menu and order the same meal for everyone.
■ Exception : Available to choose special course menus, 'Vegan course' for vegetarians/vegans and/or 'Shinobi course' limited for children.
■ We regret canceling reservations if not having sufficient course meal orders.
■ Unable to respond for severe allergies specially for gluten or nuts due to safety reasons.
■ Using regular soy sauce in base of cooking so unable to be removed.
■ Sawai Beef obtains Halal certification.

【CANCELLATION POLICY】
★ 50% of total amount of orders will be charged for cancellation 3 days before the reserved date.
★ 100% of total amount of orders will be charged for cancellation the day before or the day of the reserved date.
★ Excluding only the cases of natural disasters and catastrophes.
★ Reasons for transportation delays or cancellations, or personal reasons are not excused.
★ Please arrive at your reserved time. Late arrivals may result in its cancellation.

【RESERVATION DEPOSIT】
★ Deposit is required to guarantee the reservation and also prevent cancellation as stipulated in our cancellation policy.
★ Reservation deposits will be refunded but periods actually taken vary depending on credit card companies or banks. For overseas, at leaset a month may take for further transactions from your visit.

【CAUTION TO DEBIT FUNCTION】

●Please consult us such as in case of allergies. Replacement dishes are at the decision of our chefs.
●Not acceptable to respond to severe allergies, as we place the highest priority on the safety of our guests.
●Unable to remove "soup stocks of onions or garlic" or seasonings such as "soy sauce" or "peppers".
●For gluten-free request, we omit breads and noodles to serve. Please note that we are unable to provide meals if guests are not allowed to eat soy sauce.
