Wagyu tongue and thinly sliced rumen
Simmered beef and vegetable
Grilled beef with egg yolk
Kimbap with seared beef
Kimchi arranged with tomato
Grilled Wagyu tenderloin with charcoal
Shabu Shabu with dashi and thinly sliced sirloin
Choice of meal (You can select one each dish from Rice dish and Noodle dish.)
Rice dish: Keema curry / Rice with simmered beef and broth/ Bibimbap(mixed rice with beef and vegetable)
Noodles: Cold tomato dashi with somen noodles / Enma ramen (Spicy soup ramen noodles)
