[About Ordering]
- Please order one course per person. *Some courses may not be available for same-day orders.
- We can accommodate allergies and food intolerances. Please enter details in the request section.

- All-you-can-drink options are available for groups of four or more.

[About the Number of Guests in a Reservation]
- For small children not eating a course, please enter them in the "7 and under" number of guests.
- For children eating a course, please include them in the "adult" number of guests.
[About Children]
- Children are welcome (infants, preschoolers, and elementary school students), and a children's menu is available.
- Hot water for milk and children's tableware are provided.
- For children's menus such as baby food and children's meals, please make reservations at least one day in advance.
[Payment Information]
- Cash is not accepted. (Credit cards and electronic money are accepted.)
[Cancellation Fees]
- A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made on the day of your reservation, even if the number of guests decreases.
- For reservations for seating only
On the day of your reservation: Lunch: ¥2,000 (tax included)/person, Dinner: ¥4,000 (tax included)/person
*The above cancellation fees will be charged even if the number of guests decreases on the day.
[For reservations of 10 or more people]
Please submit your "Reservation Confirmation" via CloudSign or fax.
Please note that your reservation will be confirmed once the "Reservation Confirmation" has been exchanged.
Our concierge will contact you again.
In addition, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
- 3 days before your reservation: 50% of the total amount
- The day before your reservation: 80% of the total amount
- The day of your reservation: 100% of the total amount
*The above cancellation fees will be charged even if the number of guests decreases on the day.
*Due to the busy season in December, some courses are unavailable for reservations.
*In December only, a cancellation fee will be charged: 2 weeks before the reservation date: 30% of the total amount, 1 week before: 50%, and on the day: 100%. This also applies if the number of people decreases on the day. Please contact us by phone for details.
