Mango Afternoon Tea, with its tropical aroma and color, is now available for the first time at Sophie's Afternoon Tea. The sumptuous sweets and savories using sweet, ripe mangoes will add color to your summer moment.
In addition to six kinds of sweets including mango pudding, mango pineapple pound cake, and mango passion chocolate cake, the menu also includes natural tuna and fresh mango tartar with a secret ingredient of mint cream that goes well with mango, grilled corn and dried mango cakesalet, Tokyo-grown Mango is also used in four different savory dishes, including a foie gras flan accented with Setouchi olive oil and Tokyo-produced Makurozu vinegar.
Enjoy our afternoon tea, which has been created with the utmost care and attention to detail.
