【シャンパーニュ】 NV Louis Roederer Collection 242
「ルイ・ロデレール」は1776年の設立以来、家族経営を貫いています。コレクションナンバーは1776年メゾン設立以降何度目に収穫した葡萄をベースワインとして用いブレンドしたのかを表しており、その年のベースワインとリザーブワインを最良のバランスでブレンドしています。
【日本酒】 山形政宗 純米吟醸 雄町 / 山形県 水戸部酒造
仕込水は蔵元の上流奥羽山系のミネラル豊富な伏流水、日本の天然水の平均高度は「50」対し使用水の硬度は「120」。使用する酒米は現存するほとんどの酒米のルーツである「雄町」、大粒で心白が大きく柔らかいので醪に溶けやすく濃醇な味わい。杜氏の手技、仕込水、雄町米の結晶です。
