To celebrate the 4th anniversary of its opening, we will be hosting "Florilege Kawate Hiroyasu at SHIROIYA", a collaboration between Kawate Hiroyasu, the owner and chef of the 2-star Michelin restaurant "Florilege" in Azabudai Hills, Tokyo, who was ranked 2nd in the "Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2024", and Katayama Hiro, chef of the main dining room "Shiraiya The Restaurant" of Shiraiya Hotel, who is in a master-disciple relationship with Kawate. To celebrate the 4th anniversary of its opening, we will be hosting "Florilege Kawate Hiroyasu at SHIROIYA", a collaboration between Kawate Hiroyasu, the owner and chef of the 2-star Michelin restaurant "Florilege" in Azabudai Hills, Tokyo, who was ranked 2nd in the "Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2024", and Katayama Hiro, chef of the main dining room "Shiraiya The Restaurant" of Shiraiya Hotel, who is in a master-disciple relationship with Kawate.
