"Pommery Brut Magnum Okura Aged" is aged in the Hotel Okura Tokyo's dedicated aging cellar, which was opened within the Pommery Maison Cave in Champagne, France. We have prepared a free-flow plan that allows you to fully enjoy this premium champagne that can only be tasted here in the Kansai region. This year's lineup includes three flavors: Uji matcha, white peach, and apple mango. From classic flavors to original summery shaved ice made with seasonal fruits, you can enjoy it all while looking out at the garden. The shaved ice is made with pure ice that has been slowly frozen using natural water drawn from 150 meters underground, and the fluffy texture enhances the flavor of the syrup. The homemade syrup is made using "Fushimi water," which is also used for brewing sake in Fushimi, Kyoto, and is characterized by its soft texture. No essences or alcohol are used, allowing you to enjoy the original flavor of the ingredients, such as fruit and matcha.
