📌 Reservation Policy
■ Credit card information is required to make a reservation.
The registered card will only be charged in case of a cancellation fee.
※ Payment can be made on the day of your visit by cash or card at the restaurant.

■ If you use JACCS cards, debit cards, or certain prepaid cards, the amount may be charged at the time of booking.
In such cases, refunds after your visit may take up to one MONTH, so please be aware in advance.

■ Reservations are available for guests aged 13 and older.
For private bookings, there is no age restriction, but please note that we do not provide baby chairs.

📌 Private Reservations
■ Private bookings are available for 8 to 10 guests.
When booking, please select "10 guests" and specify the actual number of attendees in "Question 1" on the reservation form.

📌 Reservation Changes
■ We do not accept changes via phone or email.
If you need to change the number of guests or the date, please cancel your current reservation and make a new one through TableCheck.

📌 Important Notes for Your Visit
■ Our dining experience begins simultaneously for all guests.
If you arrive late, we may not be able to serve all dishes.

■ Arrivals more than 30 minutes late will be treated as a cancellation.
As we operate on a set schedule, please understand that we cannot accommodate late arrivals.
⟶ If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, we will be unable to serve your meal, and the full course price (100%) will be charged as a cancellation fee.

■ Due to the use of seasonal ingredients, we generally do not accommodate menu changes for allergies or dietary restrictions.

● We are unable to accommodate vegetarian or vegan guests.

● We cannot accommodate guests with seafood allergies.

● We cannot accommodate guests with nut allergies.

● We cannot accommodate guests with dairy allergies.

● If you have multiple or severe food allergies, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

■ Our doors open 10 minutes before your reservation time.
If you arrive earlier, you may need to wait until the official opening time.

📌 Cancellation Policy
・ Cancellations made after 3:00 PM two days prior to the reservation → 50% of the course price will be charged.
・ Same-day cancellations → 100% of the course price will be charged.
