Bookings are released on the 1st of every month till the end the following month.
e.g. On February 1st, 2020 the booking is possible until the 31st March 2020.
*Please contact us for the reservation for more than 9 pax.
*Regarding changing or cancelling your reservation, please notify us. (up to 3 days prior to the reservation date if the guests are coming from overseas)
*Guests who wish to dine with children under 13 years of age, please book a private dining venue.
*A Room charge of 10,000 yen + tax will be added for private room.(not including tax)
*Service charge and tax not included in the prices.

Jamon Iberico bellota is a very precious black pig which grew up eating acorns for a certain period and cleared the harsh conditions such as growing method and increasing weight. The fat of this ham is rich in the same oleic acid as olive oil. Because the taste changes by cutting technique, the staff cuts the ham at the customer table.
