Bookings are released on the 1st of every month till the end the following month.
e.g. On February 1st, 2020 the booking is possible until the 31st March 2020.

Jamon Iberico bellota is a very precious black pig which grew up eating acorns for a certain period and cleared the harsh conditions such as growing method and increasing weight.
