CÉ LA VI first business format, a cafe and bar that can be used casually such as the BAO (Asian Burger) and sweets. We have a wide selection of side menus and drinks, bar food available after 23:00, and open until 5 am on weekends. Take out at SKY LOUNGE with a superb view of Shibuya.
