✅When making a reservation, please provide a phone number and email address where you can be contacted during your stay in Niseko.
✅If you have any food allergies, please let us know in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that we cannot accommodate vegans.
✅Please note that depending on the reservation status on the day, we may not be able to accommodate your seat request. Please note that some menu items may change depending on the availability of ingredients.
✅ You can also use cash, credit card, electronic money, Alipay, Paypay, etc.
✅Due to the preparation of seats and ingredients, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged if you contact us from 3 days in advance to the day before, and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel on the day or cancel without prior notice. This policy also applies to reduced guest numbers. Changes made to online reservations will be rescheduled.
