Fukui Prefecture's red snow crab grows in the deep sea off the coast of Echizen, and is characterized by its elegant sweetness and fresh meat. Taikimaru, the prefecture's only red snow crab fishing boat, has conducted research for many years and established a fishing method that selects only mature red snow crabs and distributes them alive. This allows you to enjoy fresh, high-quality red snow crab at our restaurant. You can enjoy a different side of Fukui crab cuisine than Echizen crab in the winter.
