The course starts with colorful appetizers in small bowls based on the motif of Shokado bento, followed by a soup of crab meat and Miura radish, fresh and carefully selected sushi, and the main dish of sukiyaki, made with the highest grade A5 rank Saga beef and seasonal vegetables simmered in our homemade sauce. Enjoy it with freshly steamed Koshihikari rice from Uonuma. We hope you will all enjoy our finest Takumi course to close out the year.
