We are pleased to present a special collaboration between Thai restaurant "Ayatana" and restaurant "SOWER" located on the north shore of Lake Biwa. "SOWER" means "one who sows seeds" and its philosophy is to cultivate a new food culture by utilizing the blessings of nature in each season. This collaboration will combine the food culture of Hubei, which SOWER cherishes, with Ayatana's Thai cuisine to provide a special culinary experience. Please enjoy this special menu at Ayatana in our hotel, which respects the historical food culture of Hubei while adding the essence of Thai cuisine.
