Reservations
● We accept reservations from 3 months before the date and time of your visit.
● We cook bistro dishes on a hot plate, and you can enjoy the chef's original dishes. There is no hot plate in front of your seat.
● You can choose your order a la carte (appetizer, cold dish, hot dish, main dish), and finish with okonomiyaki or dessert, and eat in order like a course. Live abalone steak and lobster teppanyaki on the homepage menu are made by advance reservation, so please order from the special menu below. Birthday and dessert plates are also made by advance reservation, so please order from the special menu below.
●Reservations can only be made by the person who will be coming to the restaurant. If we find that there are any errors in your contact information, we may cancel your reservation. We cannot accept reservations made by proxy.
●We may not be able to accommodate requests to change the time or increase the number of people after a reservation has been made. Thank you for your understanding.
●If you wish to cancel your reservation, please do so at least one day in advance. (For customers ordering special menus, please do so at least five days in advance.) In the unlikely event that you are unable to arrive on the day, please be sure to contact us by phone before the reservation time. Also, if you do not arrive or are unable to contact us 15 minutes after the reservation time, we will be forced to cancel your reservation. If you cancel on the day, a cancellation fee (¥11,000 per person) will be charged at a later date.
●Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your seating request. (If you would like a table seat, please specify this when
reserving your seat.)
●We do not accept reservations for groups of 5 or more. (Maximum 4 people per group, including children.)
