<red>～世界のブルゴーニュワイン好きを唸らせる最高のネゴシアン（仲買人）ドミニク・ローラン。
1956年生まれ。家業のパティシエから転身し、友人との付き合いで1970年代後半からワイン業に携わる。
ネゴシアン業をスタートしたのが1989年。ブルゴーニュの著名な生産者らに師事し伝統的なワイン造りを学ぶ。
最高の原料から最高の洋菓子が生まれるように、最高のぶどうが最高のワインに生まれ変わるために、人が手助けできることへの努力は惜しみません。
自身の思うような熟成をさせる為、自社工房で樽も生産し、マジックカスクと世界中から賞賛されるようになります。
現在は自社畑も所有し、息子のジャン氏と共に、ドメーヌワインも醸造しています。
