- About Reservations -
● Reservations can be made up to one month in advance and are available until the day of your visit.
● Please note that we do not offer refunds for prepayments after booking.
● If there are available slots on the day of your visit, you may enter without a reservation. However, the pricing may differ, so we recommend making a reservation in advance.
● Changes to the number of guests or reservation time are not allowed after booking. Additionally, canceled reservations cannot be restored due to system limitations. Please make your reservation carefully after understanding all the terms.
● Children under elementary school age are not permitted to enter. Even if you make a reservation, we cannot allow entry for children under the specified age, so please be aware of this policy.

- Important Information for Your Visit -
● If we are unable to contact you within 15 minutes of your reserved time, your reservation may be canceled.
● The experience is limited to 1 hour, including entry and exit time. If you arrive late, we cannot extend your session.
● Our facility operates on a complete turnover system, and there is no waiting area inside. Guests will wait outside before entry. Please be prepared to leave 5 minutes before your session ends.
● To maintain a comfortable environment for our Samoyeds, please refrain from wearing perfume or strong-scented hair products on the day of your visit. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
● We provide shared slippers for guests to use inside the facility. For hygiene reasons, please avoid coming barefoot and wear socks.
● Please read and follow our rules and guidelines to ensure an enjoyable experience.
● Private booking options are available. The fee is ¥75,000 per hour on weekdays and ¥102,000+ per hour on weekends/holidays.

● While our facility is called a "Samoyed Café," it is not a traditional café but a space designed primarily for interaction with Samoyeds.
