*About reservations*
1. Regarding seat reservations , we do not accept it. Priority will be given to 4 people for table seats, and 2 to 3 people may be seated at the counter. Thank you for your understanding.
2. For both lunch and dinner, we cater to elementary school students and above (they can enjoy the same menu as adults).
3. Please contact the store directly for reservations for 5 or more people or for inquiries regarding private reservations.
4. Reservations can be made online up to 60 days in advance and by telephone by the same day two months in advance.
5. The deadline for the medium course is the day before, and the deadline for the full course/event course is 3 days in advance.
6. We accept reservations for dogs twice a month (on the 11th and 3rd Sunday of each month).

*About cancellations or changes*
■If you will be delayed for more than 20 minutes, please be sure to contact us. Please note that if we do not hear from you, your order may be treated as cancelled. (☎:0551-45-6198)
■Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival time will be charged 100%, and cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged 50%.
