The Shuttle Service is available only for customers who have booked the "Shuttle Service Plan."
Shuttle Time:17:00 - 18:30,19:30 - 21:00　　Each session is 90 minutes.
Shuttle Routes: The shuttle service covers the following areas: Togakushi, Iwatake, and Happo-One.

・Families with children are welcome.
・Birthday or anniversary message plates can be prepared. Please provide the details in the "remarks" section when making your reservation.
・For reservations of 7 or more people, please contact us by phone.

▶︎ Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and changes in the number of guests will incur cancellation fees from 2 days before the reservation date.
・2 days to 24 hours before the reservation: 50% of the total fee
・Within 24 hours of the reservation: 100% of the total fee
・No-show (without prior notice): 100% of the total fee
