Please check all the following precautions before proceeding.

●We may not be able to accept changes due to allergies because our menu is made up of seasonal ingredients. In that case, we may send you an e-mail to confirm the contents. If we do not receive a reply from you at that time, we will not be able to respond to your request, so please be sure to check your e-mail. If we are unable to contact you, we may refuse your reservation.

●The course content is based on the ingredients available at the time of purchase and the harvest. Please be sure to inform us in advance of any changes to ingredients, such as allergies, on the day before or the day of the meal.

●We don't support "gluten free".
●We don't provide any dishes for oriental vegetarians.

●All tables start at the same time, so please be sure to observe the entrance time when you make a reservation.
(The dinner course is limited to 2 hours. If you enter the restaurant late, please be aware that the delayed meal will be served early, resulting in a hectic meal.)

< Change of reservation contents >
We don't accept any changes to the course contents (we also don't accept changing the pairing non-alcohol pairing).

< Giga mushroom lunch course cancellation policy >
Cancellation before 10 days is 4800 yen/piece for Giga Mushrooms (for more than 4 persons, for the number of pieces prepared),
If you cancel on the day, we charge a 100% cancellation fee.

< Dinner course cancellation policy >
●About cancellation fees
For the reservation of the course, we charge 70% of the fee for cancellation before 3 days and 100% for cancellation on the day.
*In the event of a change or cancellation of a reservation for 5 or more persons, a cancellation fee of 70% of the total price will be charged 10 days prior to the date of the visit, and 100% of the fee will be charged for same-day cancellations.

●If the phone number or email address you received at the time of your reservation is defective, we may cancel your reservation. Please enter your exact phone number and email address.

< Concerning changes to reservations >
We are unable to make changes to course details by telephone or email, due to the fact that your card details have been registered at the time of booking (we are also unable to switch between pairing and non-alcoholic pairings). Please follow the procedure below to make the change yourself.

(1) If there has been a change to your booking:
The original reservation must be cancelled and a new reservation made. Please check the table check reservation status and make a new reservation.
*In the case of a change to a table of five or more persons, it may not be possible to increase the number of persons, depending on the availability of other guests.

(2) Cancellation charges for changes to reservations:
Please note that cancellations or reduced numbers will be subject to the cancellation policy.

< When using a credit card >
If you use a credit card, the credit line for the amount of the reservation is held (temporary hold).
After your visit, we will open the temporary holding frame from the store.
After opening, the temporary deposit amount will be returned to you, so please pay for the meal at the store on the day.

< When using a debit card >
The refund schedule for debit card payments is as follows.
・Domestic customers: You will receive a refund notice to your credit card company in approximately 1-2 weeks after the refund operation at the store, and then the refund will be issued according to the credit card company's refund schedule.
・International customers: You will receive a refund notice to your credit card company (it can take approximately 3-4 months) after the refund operation at the store. After that, the refund will be made according to the refund schedule of the credit company. In the case of overseas cards, it may take up to 6 months for a refund.

*If you cannot eat something due to allergies, please be sure to state this as ingredients may be used.
