チョコレートとコーヒーがおいしく感じる季節の到来です。今シーズンのアフタヌーンティーのテーマは「Chocolate & Coffee」。チョコレートとコーヒーを素材として解釈しスイーツ、セイヴォリーに落とし込みました。特にお薦めしたいのは、「ミニコーヒーオペラ」。7層で構成されるフランスの伝統菓子を見事にアップデートさせました。口に入れると、ビスキュイにしみ込んだエスプレッソとコーヒーシロップが溢れて香り立ちます。柔らかなソファに身を委ねながら、その上品な余韻をお愉しみください。

Light lunch menu is now available at the Flying Stag lounge bar.
The "Vegetable and JW Garden Herb Sandwich" was created using only plant-based ingredients in response to requests from guests.
Healthy ingredients such as soy bolognese, carrot rapé marinated in Nara's persimmon vinegar and avocado are sandwiched together on savory toasted whole wheat bread. The butter is soy butter, and the cheese has been carefully selected to be vegetable-based as well. The generous portion size will satisfy even the hungriest of palates.
