Teppanyaki is by reservation only, and a cancellation fee may be charged in the event of cancellation. Please check our cancellation policy below.
Cancellation on the day before 12:00 p.m. will be charged 50% of the total amount of 25,000 yen for the number of adults x 1 course.
Cancellation on the day of the reservation: 100% of the 25,000 yen per person per course fee will be charged.
Cancellation without notice: 100% of 25,000 yen per person per course will be charged. .

A corner of Japanese restaurant Fuuka. We serve teppanyaki at a counter with only 10 seats. The grilled dishes, which vary depending on the season, are all luxurious ingredients unique to Hokkaido, a treasure trove of ingredients, such as peony shrimp, king crab, kinki, Ezo abalone, and scallops. The main steak is made with Hokkaido's black-haired Japanese beef, Shiraoi beef. Born and raised in Shiraoi town, surrounded by the Pacific Ocean and the mountains of Shikotsu-Toya National Park, Shiraoi beef is raised with love, blessed with abundant water and a warm climate. During the 2008 Hokkaido Toyako Summit, it was highly praised by VIPs from around the world. Please enjoy the deep richness and mellow flavor on a teppanyaki plate.
